Who We Are
PE Home Inspection, LLC is founded by two licensed professional engineers with more than 10 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Zoey (S.Y.) Tham, the founder of the company, is a structural engineer who holds a Master Degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University. Chan J. (Jojo) Zhou, the business partner, is structural engineer who holds a Master Degree in Structural Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Our Belief

Our backgrounds and work experiences enable us to perform thorough and detailed condition assessments of your new properties. We will accurately identify defects and safety hazards and will provide recommendations to the identified issues. Client satisfaction is our goal. We will spend as much time as necessary to explain to our clients to make sure that they fully understand the conditions of the property before they make their valuable decision.

Our business practice strictly follows the Standard of Practice of American Society of Home Inspector (ASHI). Our service includes hands-on field inspection and a detailed home inspection report.
